• Excellent Communications skills and a customer-service oriented demeanor
• Experience working with non-technical users

• Possess your own tools, reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check
• Live in or near the major cities we have listed as coverage areas.
• Laptop repair experience a plus
• Apple repair experience a plus
